+原料:羊排  
+过程:  
+1.羊排解冻后过沸水盛出。  
+2.羊排放碗中,加六月鲜酱油、少量盐、姜、胡椒粉、孜然、料酒、葱段腌制至少8小时。  
+3.用锡纸包住羊排在烤箱中上下火180度烤制20分钟。  
+4.盛到盘中,撒上孜然和白芝麻即可。
