+原料:五花肉肉末、绿豆粉丝  
+过程:  
+1.粉丝用热水浸泡15分钟  
+2.小葱切末,姜切末  
+3.热锅下五花肉馅,炒散炒出油,下豆瓣酱,炒出红油下葱青段末和姜末  
+4.最高温的时候下料酒、酱油和冷水较多  
+5.粉丝剪断,下入锅内,加白糖,收汁出锅
