+原料:冰冻鸡中翅  
+过程:  
+鸡翅解冻后用刀在鸡翅表面划三道口子,用料酒、盐、胡椒粉腌制半个小时  
+把鸡翅拿出来放厨房餐厅纸上吸掉点水分  
+鸡翅放到放了热油的平底锅煎至两面泛黄,放到旁边空的铁锅  
+在铁锅内下老抽、生抽和冰糖,翻动一下使鸡翅上黏上酱油  
+用中小火熬制锅内冰糖都化了,开始泛泡泡,大泡泡变小泡泡越来越棕红色从锅边下热水盖过所有鸡翅  
+在汤水内下八角和胡椒粉,用大火煮10分钟收汁即可出锅
