+原料:鸡大腿肉、花生
+1.鸡肉+盐0.5g+胡椒粉+料酒+老抽,搅拌后加干淀粉3g,再加食用油油封
+2.准备辅料A:姜粒+蒜粒+干辣椒小节+青花椒
+3.准备料B:葱粒+过过油的花生30g
+4.准备料汁C:料酒15g+生抽5g+老抽1g+香醋2g+胡椒粉+味精1g+白糖5g+干淀粉
+5.热锅冷油把鸡肉炸至8成熟
+6.热锅热油5成热的时候放辅料A爆香下鸡肉翻炒加料汁C,出锅前加料B
